Refund Policy for Personalized Custom Photo Magnets

1. Customization and Personalization:

  • All orders for personalized photo magnets are made to customer specifications, and as such, they are considered final sale.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your magnet arrives damaged or has a defect due to manufacturing, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Personalization:

  • If there was an error on our part regarding the customization (e.g., misspelling, wrong photo), we will offer a full refund or replacement upon review.

4. Customer Errors:

  • We are not responsible for errors in the customization that were made by the customer (e.g., incorrect photo submitted, spelling mistakes). Please double-check your order details before finalizing.

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return for a defective or incorrectly personalized item, please contact our customer service at ourmagneticmoments@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Timeframe:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days after the issue is verified.

7. Shipping Costs:

  • For defective or incorrectly personalized items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For customer errors, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
